Key dates in this process

Council is undertaking a 6 week public consultation process to give residents and ratepayers ample opportunity to have a say in the proposed Annual Business Plan for the upcoming financial year.

Information Forums will be held during this period to provide a chance to seek information and ask questions directly of your elected representatives.

An opportunity for our Adelaide based ratepayers to attend and discuss the draft Plan with elected members and senior staff from Council will be held on Wednesday 20th May at the Burnside Community Centre, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore at 6.00 pm.

Guest Speakers will highlight opportunities arising from the roll-out of High Speed Broadband services.

Take the opportunity to attend 1 of our open forums to be held on Friday 5th June to discuss your thoughts with elected members and senior staff from Council.

Two sessions are being run - 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm at the Council Chambers, Yankalilla.

Make sure that you have contributed your thoughts on the draft Annual Business Plan by 12 noon on Tuesday 16th June.

After the Council meeting, a Public Meeting has been scheduled to allow the opportunity to present your views to Council. This meeting commences at 5.30 pm and will be held at the Council Chambers, Yankalilla.

After giving consideration to the ideas and views contributed, Council will finalise the Annual Business Plan for 2015/16.
