Council Report 18 May 2021 PRUDENTIAL REPORT – JETTY CARAVAN PARK UPGRADE

Officer’s Recommendation

1. That the Report be received.

2. That Council note the summary conclusion of the Section 48 Prudential Report: Jetty

Caravan Park Upgrade as follows:

“The DCY has acted with due care, and high level of diligence and foresight in progressing

the Project and Council has been provided with relevant information to satisfy the

requirements of Council’s Prudential Management Policy and Section 48 of the Local

Government Act.”
