Consultation has concluded
Council is seeking public comment on a proposal to revoke the community land status of the Hay Flat Road Wastewater Treatment (Sewage)Plant located at Allotment 801 Hay Flat Road Normanville.
The subject land is classed as community land but is used exclusively for operational purposes as part of the Community Wastewater Management System managed by SA Water. There is no proposed change to the use of the land.
The land is identified as Allotment 801 in Deposited Plan 44162 and comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5442 Folio 672.
Council has prepared a Community Land Revocation Report in accordance with Section 194(2)of the Local Government Act available from the Document Library.
