Sellicks Hill Old Closed Road Reserves Revocation

Council has received a proposal from Ashley Park Pastoral to purchase 4 old closed road reserves within their Sellicks Hill farming property. These closed roads are not accessible to the public and have become part of surrounding farmland. Council has assessed the land as surplus and is considering revoking this classification to enable potential sale.

This is your opportunity to tell us:

  • whether you support or oppose the proposed revocation; and
  • what factors Council should consider when making its decision?

Your feedback will help Council understand local perspectives and ensure any decision considers the long-term interests of the community.

This survey will close on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

You are asked to register a screen name and email address to participate online. The survey also includes a few questions about you and your connection to the district. This information helps us validate submissions and understand who is participating.

Submissions may be published in Council publications as part of the public record. Any personal information you provide will be de-identified for reporting purposes, meaning your responses will be combined with others and not linked your personal information. Where a submission is made on behalf of a group or organisation, the organisation’s name may be published.

Alternatively you can sign in or register to create an account.
