Draft ABP & Budget 2026-27 - Submission Form

Have a say on Council’s Draft Annual Business Plan & Budget 2026-27, along with the Draft Long-Term Financial Plan 2026-36 and Draft Asset Management Plan Summary 2026-36. Together, they outline what Council plans to deliver, how it will be funded and how decisions align with long-term priorities. We’re interested in your views on what Council should consider before refining the ABP & Budget and making final decisions for the year ahead.

We encourage you to review the consultation material to understand the full context. This year’s budget has been developed in a challenging economic environment, with no simple choices. You’re also welcome to attend a Drop-In Information Session or speak with staff and Elected Members before providing your feedback. 

The survey takes around 10 minutes. All submissions will be reviewed and summarised in a Community Feedback Report to inform Council’s decision-making.

Submissions close Tuesday 19 May 2026.

When submitting online you'll be asked to register a screen name and email address. The survey also includes a few questions about you and your connection to the district. This information helps us validate submissions and understand who is participating. 

Submissions may be published in Council publications as part of the public record. Any personal information you provide will be de-identified for reporting purposes, meaning your responses will be combined with others and not linked your personal information. Where a submission is made on behalf of a group or organisation, the organisation’s name may be published.
